230512-Z-YT106-1013: Master Sergeant Donald Clarke of the 119th Wing Civil Engineering Squadron, North Dakota Air National Guard trains a class of Airmen on a Reverse Osmosis Water Purification (ROWPU) unit at the 119th Wing Regional Training Site at the North Dakota Air National Guard base in Fargo, N.D. on May 12, 2023. Active duty and National Guard Airmen from around the country come the 119th Wing to train with the “Happy Hooligans” of the North Dakota Air National Guard.
