North Dakota ANG is doing Airman Leadership School home station

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. James Richey, an instructor from the Chief Master Sgt. Richard L. Etchberger Airman Leadership School at the Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, right, provides feedback to Senior Airman Joseph Manning, of the 119th Civil Engineer Squadron, upon the completion of Manning’s testing phase of drill movements at Airman Leadership School (ALS) at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, North Dakota, June 25, 2015. The ALS training prepares the Airmen for leadership roles within the Air National Guard. The five-week ALS course is being conducted by an instructor who traveled to the Air National Guard to be more cost effective. This is the first flight of Airman to be taught by Richey, in his two and a half years of instructing, to have all students in the flight pass the summative test, which covers all concepts taught during the course.
