Maj. Gen. Sprynczynatyk flips coin at Bison game

Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota adjutant general, center, flips the coin at midfield for the North Dakota State University Bison versus Coastal Carolina University FCS quarterfinal playoff football game at the FargoDome, Fargo, N.D., Dec. 14, 2013. Sprynczynatyk is an alumnus of North Dakota State University. He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1972, and is flipping the coin to determine who receives the ball for the opening kick-off. The Bison won the game 48-14.
