N.D. Air and Army National Guard members transfer a railcar from the Spur railroad track on the N.D. State University Campus in Fargo N.D. to a flatbed truck on Wed. Jul 9, 2008. The two railcars, donated by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, will be used for training at the N.D. Air National Guard base.
