Staff Sgt. Elise Peterson, of the 119th Maintenance Squadron, monitors an earthen food dike March 18, Fargo, N.D. Peterson is walking the dike in an effort to keep people from walking on the flood barrier and to monitor it for problem areas to catch them and report them before they can become too large to contain.
