2010 Flood Fight
Tech Sgt. Kevin Reinhardt, of the 119th Logistics Readiness Squadron, signals a forklift driver as he completes filling a one-ton sandbag with sand from a cement truck March 19, at the North Dakota Air National Guard, Fargo, N.D., so the sandbags can be used in flood fighting operations. The large sandbags are being readied for UH-60 helicopter sling-load operations, should they be necessary in emergency battling rising flood waters anywhere in eastern North Dakota.
