Spc. Keenan Cooper remains transferred at North Dakota Air National Guard

Cooper's remains are being transferred from Fargo to his hometown of Wahpeton, N.D., for the funeral on Friday, July 16. Motorcycle riders of the North Dakota Patriot Guard and North Dakota Legion Riders are led by the North Dakota Highway Patrol and other local law enforcement, as they are escorting Cooper's remains from Fargo to his hometown of Wahpeton, N.D.COMMA where his funeral will take place on Friday, July 16.
