NDANG

Master Sgt. Darrick Mischke, of the 119th Logistics Readiness Squadron, refuels a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter upon arrival on the flight line at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, N.D., April 29, 2013. The Coast Guard aircraft and personnel are arriving in Fargo to assist the city and surrounding area with rescue capability for the rising flood water from the Red River and its’ tributaries.
