Kangas visits with retirees
Chief Master Sgt. Duane Kangas, 119th Wing command chief, serves coffee to retired unit members at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, N.D., Oct. 3, 2018. The 119th Wing Chief’s Council hosts the annual breakfast get-together for retired unit members each October, as part of their community relations program.
