Air National Guard is scheduled to arrive at Hector International Airport, Fargo, on Sunday, July 20th at approximately 12:38 p.m. Staff Sgt. William Kennedy deployed to Afghanistan in January 2008 where he served as an explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) craftsman. Kennedy works in the EOD section the Civil Engineer Squadron at the 119th Wing. Friends and family, including his wife, Stephanie Kennedy who is a member of the Army National Guard, will be at the airport to welcome him home.
