Happy Hooligans return from Baghdad Published Jan. 13, 2009 By Capt. Penny Ripperger 119th Wing Public Affairs Fargo, N.D. -- The 119th Wing, N.D. Air National Guard, will welcome two Airmen returning home from Baghdad, Iraq, today. Staff Sgt. Richard Duysen and Senior Airman Robert Ramberg are scheduled to arrive at Hector International Airport on Northwest Flight #1983 at 6:20 pm. At this time, the flight is still listed as "on time." The two Airmen, who serve as firefighters in the 119th Civil Engineer Squadron, deployed in September 2008. The military fire department is responsible for all aircraft emergencies that occur within the station's response area. In addition, the fire department also is responsible for structural responses, hazardous material releases, medical responses, mass casualties and confined space rescue.
