N.D. Air and Army National Guard members work to set up railcars donated by Burlingon Northern Santa Fe Railroad on Wed. Jul 9, 2008 at the 119th Wing, N.D. Air National Guard. The two railcars will be used for training at the N.D. Air National Guard base.
