Col. Troy Henderson, the Air Combat Command (ACC) inspector general team chief, left, shakes hands and presents the prestigious inspector general’s coin to 2nd Lt. Michael Schuldt, of the 119th Logistics Readiness Squadron, for Schuldt’s exceptional performance during a unit effectiveness inspection (UEI) at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, N.D., May 20, 2018. The inspector general’s coin is a rare honor, given to only .5% of the Airmen being inspected. A group of unit effectiveness inspection (UEI) team members is evaluating the 119th Wing at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base May 17-21 to ensure they are critically and objectively assessing their unit’s abilities to comply with U.S. Air Force regulations and policies and codify that data to efficiently assign resources that will guarantee force lethality. Although, the inspection process is actually a continuous process that never really has a beginning or end date. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Senior Master Sgt. David H Lipp)
