First C-21 arrives in North Dakota

Capt. Stephanie Kelsen pilots a North Dakota Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcon alongside the first C-21 to join the 119th Fighter Wing as it flies Jan. 10 into Fargo, N.D. Lt. Col. Craig Schroeder and Maj. Jon Wutzke of the 178th Fighter Squadron are flying the C-21 as it arrives in Fargo for the first time. Captain Kelsen is also from the 178th FS.
